Delivery 

Shipping is calculated according to size and weight. 

Small items - blankets, cushions, cushion covers, bunting etc. Options available at checkout, when the delivery postcode is entered. Shipped with Royal Mail.

Standard - 2nd class - 2 to 4 business days.

Express - 1st class - 1 to 3 business days.

Next Day - Special Delivery - guaranteed next business day by 1pm. Fully insured, tracked and signed for. 

 

Deckchairs

- U.K wide delivery, shipped with Parcel Force.

Standard - 2 to 4 business days - £12.

 

Large Furniture items - please contact us so we can provide a quote, call Emily on 07886444348 or email the_fields@outlook.com. This charge is payable on delivery.

The following are guidelines only. Often we will personally deliver your items, however sometimes we will use a third party delivery firm.

London £30-£60 - delivery within 1 week.  

A surcharge of £15 applies for delivery inside the Congestion Zone.

Home Counties £50-£80 - delivery within 1 week.  

Rest of UK £50-£120 - delivery within 1-2 weeks.                                                                            

Delivery available throughout the U.K. We can arrange delivery to Europe and the rest of the World - please contact us for a quote.

 

Returns

Made to Order  - unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on these items. However, if your item isn't how you expected please do contact us to resolve the issue. 

Changed your mind - if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order, we can offer a refund or exchange. Please let us know within 7 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for return postage/courier costs.

Faulty items - in the unlikely case that your order arrives damaged, please contact us straight away. We can then raise a claim with the courier. Please provide photos and any evidence that you may have. We will then issue a full refund or exchange.
