The Fields is a family run small business who operate from London and Cornwall. We pride ourselves in restoring vintage items to their best potential. Emily Field, the ops manager, has a keen eye for those vintage gems, think Mid-Century side boards, tables and chairs. Her love for Ercol chairs means she has a great understanding and appreciation for the different models, where too look for them, how to fully restore them and most important how to bring it back to life.

Through a family collaboration The Fields have various jobs within the restoring and making process. Emily's mum and dad, Sue and Mike, have great involvement in the process. Sue, is the head dyer, her exceptional skills as a textile artist and dyer has been valuable in the hand dyed woolly cushions and indigo dyed blankets we stock. Mike, is the wood man, you'll often find him mending chair legs in the garage or applying a lovely Danish oil finished to a nearly finished 203.

Around the busy periods other family members chip in to help! Anna, Emily's sister will cut out cushion covers for the Made to Order service. Make bunting and get the Woolly Holly ready for the festive season.
